Get rid of swollen feet easily at home

Step 1 Relax your thigh muscles
First, move your knees inward and outward, and use the vibration to loosen your thigh muscles.
Do it slowly for 30 seconds.
Step 2 Remove thigh fascia
If you’ve done step 1 and still have tension in your thigh muscles, start peeling away the fascia.
As if removing the muscle along the bone, find about 5 painful places from the base of the thigh and peel off the fascia.
