The “brown spots” we talked about last time are the most common age skin color troubles. Equally common is the “blue bear” under the eyes.

The skin around the eyes is thin, weak against irritation, and very delicate. When the blood flow is stagnant due to lack of sleep or overuse of the eyes, the blood vessels become darker, and the skin surface appears blue.
. This is the true identity of the so-called “blue bear”. Especially as we age, the amount of melanin in the skin increases, and the color becomes not just blue, but a dull blue-purple color that is a mixture of blue and brown.

As I mentioned in the previous article, ” How to Use Concealer -Basics & Blemishes- “, the eraser color for “blue skin problems” is orange. Blue bears make you look tired and unhealthy, so if you feel that your under-eyes are bluish-purple, try applying an orange concealer after applying your foundation. Your eyes will look brighter and your face will look healthier.

However, if only the skin color around the eyes stands out, the dark circles will stand out, so choose an orange that blends in with the overall skin tone when applied to the dark circles so that the color is not biased or different in intensity. Depending on the person, the orange that suits you is different, such as a strong reddish orange or an orange that is close to yellow, so please try it under your eyes and decide the color. Also, when you apply it, don’t rub it on your skin.

Get rid of dark circles under your eyes with hot and cool towels!

Hot towels against blue bears

In the first place, the cause of “blue bear” is a stagnation of blood flow. The skin under the eyes originally has few sebaceous glands, so it is easy to dry and the blood flow is easily blocked. After promoting blood flow, apply moisturizing care to prevent bears from forming.

A quick and easy way to do this is to use hot and cool towels. First, put a hot towel on your eyes for 30 seconds, then a cool towel for 10 seconds. Finally, put a hot towel on your face again for 30 seconds and moisturize with lotion. As the blood circulation improves, the skin becomes brighter and clearer. In addition, since the skin is moisturized, dullness and bears on the skin become less noticeable, and makeup goes on better.

The warmth of the hot towel should be such that you can feel that it is a little hot but feels good. If it’s too hot, you’ll get burned, so don’t put up with it (laughs).

For hot towels, wet the towel, squeeze it lightly, and heat it in the microwave for about 60 seconds. The number of seconds will change depending on the water content of the towel and the range, so try several times to find the perfect amount of squeezing and the number of seconds. Cool towels are fine with cold tap water. There is no need to cool it down in the refrigerator.

The redness of acne scars and scars becomes less noticeable with concealer!

Concealer to remove acne scars

In addition to brown spots, blue bears, and reddish acne scars. I don’t think there are many people who suffer from acne compared to when they were young, but aging skin has poor turnover and clogged pores, which can lead to pimples. Concealers are also effective in hiding redness. If you are concerned about redness even after applying foundation, apply a yellow or green concealer on a spot and let it blend in.

However, if the redness is due to inflammation, be careful. Of course, it is also NG to apply concealer to areas where foundation cannot be applied, such as when the inflammation is severe and you are undergoing treatment. If it is mild and you have applied foundation or concealer, remove it thoroughly with cleansing at the end of the day. I fell asleep without dropping it… Please be careful not to do anything wrong.

Also, for areas with skin problems, it is best to use a non-greasy, powdery product that is easy to apply and remove. Try to avoid the type that feels sticky to the touch. You can avoid problems caused by mixing with sebum.

It seems that some people try to hide it with just foundation and only apply a thick layer of it, but the thick layer is easy to get creased and the shade of the color may make it stand out.

The foundation should not be applied thickly. If you still have areas of concern, cover them with concealer. It may feel troublesome and troublesome if you are not used to it, but once you get used to it, you will be able to easily finish your skin beautifully. If you haven’t used concealer yet, give it a try.
