Scalp massage is effective for conditioning the scalp

“Hair is like crops. Just as the leaves do not grow well no matter how much you take care of them, hair will not grow well if the scalp, which is the soil for hair, is not nutritious.” Mr. Masatoshi Kato, principal of the Japan Holistic Therapist Academy, who is familiar with the relationship between health.

“Scalp massage is effective for conditioning the scalp. It loosens the hardened scalp itself, improves the blood flow that delivers the blood that makes up the hair to the roots of the hair, and improves the flow of lymph that collects and transports waste products. Stimulation, etc. There are many good things about scalp massage.”

Anyone can easily stimulate pressure points on the scalp

“Hair problems such as gray hair and hair loss are not only caused by blood flow. It can be said that it is happening because it is not reaching the scalp properly due to stagnation.By stimulating the acupuncture points that match your problem, the stagnation will be alleviated and it will be easier to convey commands.

” Not only does it improve flow, but it also stimulates pressure points. “The acupuncture points, blood vessels, and lymph on the head are located right under the scalp.

3 minutes a day. Anytime, Anywhere, Easy

There are only two hand movements for stroking scalp massage. Only longitudinal and lateral movements. Perform each movement for 90 seconds, for a total of 3 minutes.

“Acupuncture points on the body need to be pressed in the correct position and at the right angle to be effective. On the other hand, the points on the head are just under the skin, so you don’t have to press hard, just stroking them is enough. If you ‘massage just stroking’ the entire head, the pressure points will naturally be stimulated.” (Mr. Kato)

‘Just stroking’?
When you hear the word “massage,” you may think that it takes a lot of time and effort. Open your hands naturally so that the pads of your fingers touch your scalp. Apply a comfortable amount of pressure and slide your fingers across the scalp.

(2) Gradually shift your hands outward as you move your hands from front to back like (1).

*Repeat (1) and (2) about 5 times.

“Horizontal scalp massage by moving your fingers from the side to the center in a spiral pattern

(1) Cover your ears with your left and right hands. Slide your fingers in a spiral toward the center, passing through the hairline of the forehead.
(2) Gradually shift your hands to the back of the head as you move your hands from the side to the center like (1).

*Repeat (1) and (2) about 5 times.

point!
“It is more effective if you move your hands while conscious of the position of the acupuncture point that works for each hair problem such as gray hair and hair loss” (Mr. Kato)
